Brine
 1 cup White Vinegar
 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 ½ tsp Celery Seeds
 1 ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
 2 tbsp Pickling Salt
Jars
 Cucumbers
 1 Sweet Onion

Chill cucumbers in ice bath for at least 6 hours to help the crunchiness stay after adding brine and pickling.

Add brine ingredients to pot, bring to boil and stir, continue until sugar is dissolved

While brine is boiling, add cucumbers and onions to hot jars

Once sugar is dissolved pour over cucumbers and onions, if needed add a small bit of hot water to the jars to ensure contents are fully covered

Cap jars and allow to cool and move to fridge until lids pop. Let sit for at least 24 hours before opening.
